Position Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Onsite Coordinator Volunteer to manage and support our events and projects in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of our initiatives, fostering community engagement, and maximizing the impact of our environmental efforts.
Outreach
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Represent GreenOccasion at events, workshops, and meetings to promote our mission and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and supporters.
- Coordinate and manage volunteer recruitment efforts for various projects and events.
Marketing
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to raise awareness about our initiatives.
- Develop content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and other communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and infographics.
- Maintain and update our website with current information and resources.
Research
- Conduct research on environmental issues, trends, and best practices to support our projects.
- Compile and analyze data to measure the impact of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare reports, case studies, and white papers based on research findings.
- Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts by providing relevant research and data.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with content creation and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or research roles.
- Knowledge of environmental issues and sustainable practices.
- Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools.
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
